Activity Description
Each student will be given a scooter board (small scooter boards will be given to the runners and large ones to the two taggers).
The instructor will first have each student put their scooter board down and go over safety rules.
The instructor will go over safety with students such as putting your scooter board “Wheels side up” when not in use, putting hands in the proper place when hold scooter board and “tapping nicely” with noodles.
Next the instructor will play music and taggers will try to tag the runners with their noodles.
Once tagged runners will freeze and must do a physical activity (jumping, running in place, etc.) for 10 seconds then they can resume in the game.
This will go on for 2 minutes and then taggers will switch.
