Activity Description
Instructor will quickly number off students into a pair and briefly explain what student will be doing for the fitness portion of the class. Pairs will all be lined up facing the instructor, with enough room to move their arms and legs freely. Students will be playing rock, paper, scissors with their assigned partner. There will be a catch to this too, where whoever loses the round of rock paper scissors has to do the regular version of an exercise. Whereas the winner gets to do a modified easier version of the exercise. Keeping it this way so both students are participating and moving. There will be a total of 8 rounds (first four is upper body, last four lower body). Repetition exercise will be for 10 repetitions and holding static exercise will be for 20 seconds. When the instructor sees that all students have completed their exercise, he/she will announce the next round what exercise students will be doing.
