Sepak Takraw, popular in Southeast Asia, combines elements of soccer and volleyball. Object control skills by using the feet, head, knees, and elbows in keeping a rattan ball in play while being guided by motor skills to strike the ball back over the net.
Objectives
Motor: Students will develop in Sepak Takraw game the skill of object control through accurate kicking and maneuvering to create controlled structures to maintain a rattan ball in play to two teammates in ¾ trials when verbally prompted by the instructor.
Cognitive: Students will state one thing they learned in terms of the rules of Speak Takraw game during the reflection portion of class by having a class discussion, when verbally prompted.
Affective: Students will be able to make agility and successful in teamwork passes that are meant to do calculated hits and to play together.
Focus Skill: Successfully controlling an object using feet, knees, head, and the elbows being aware of the content of the culture and performing the moves responsible for the activity with cordiality that is required to display agility.

Activity Description
General information pertaining to Sepak Takraw, describing the sport deeply rooted in Southeast Asian culture and charting its fundamental mix of soccer and volleyball.
An explanation of the basic drill behind Sepak Takraw, showing several controlled kicks.
Students can start off by practicing by balancing the ball on their foot, then once they feel comfortable, they can progress to bounce the ball of their foot towards a designated target which is over a Speak Takraw net.
Conduct practice drills whereby the students will apply their skills in maintaining the rattan ball into play with various parts of the body(Feet, head, knees).
Group the students into teams and involve them in a Sepak Takraw game where they put to practical the skills learnt.
Students will be grouped into 3 per team, and the goal of the game is to make a pass to the opposing team where they are not able to return it. In an official game 3 touches are limited but this can be adjusted based on students skill levels.
Gather students to discuss their experiences in the drills and match, emphasizing on how to control the objects in Sepak Takraw.
Modification
Challenge: Change the playing techniques, limit touches to a number per player or encourage advanced maneuvers.
Simplified: Stick to basic kicks and controlled plays with extra guidance for students new to Sepak Takraw.
